Practice includes partnership and shareholder disputes, close corporations judicial dissolution proceedings, business fraud, contract and real estate disputes, insurance coverage issues, Surrogate’s Court construction proceedings and advising banks regarding day to day legal and business matters.

Litigation department and firm administration expertise with responsibility for negotiating malpractice coverage, defending firm malpractice claims and supervising general case assignments for associates.
