Widespread estates and trusts litigation experience, including probate, accounting and construction proceedings; representation of both petitioners and objectants. Complex matters including recovery of assets, posthumously disputed marriages, same-sex partnership rights.
Long-term experience in employment law, including counseling employers and representing them on claims of discriminatory employment terminations, enforcement of non-compete clauses, non-contractual duty of loyalty matters and general contract issues. Many successful settlements, as well as full-scale litigations.
